FOUR fans show up for NKOTB's Jordan Knight's CD signing party at Wal-Mart

If you were ever a fan of New Kids On The Block--or you're taking any sort of prescription anti-depressant--you may not want to look at these pictures, which show former NKOTBer Jordan Knight holding a record-release confab at a Wal-Mart, only to be greeted by a total of four fans. Through it all, the poor guy keeps smiling, proof that he hasn't lost his instinctive boy-band reflex to keep hangin' tough.

2. A modern day Spinal Tap.
One of my favorite scenes is when nobody shows up at the album signing and Paul Shaffer's yelling "just kick me in the ass" while he's bent over the record rack.

So sad.

I used to be a NKOTB fan. But nowadays, I tend to keep that in the past.

5. Ha, you admitted that?
Gotta love someone with the intestinal fortitude to admit they liked a group that was considered Teeny Bopper music. Hey, I'm not ribbing you without making my own admission here. I liked Menudo a long long time ago.

6. I'm sure the same fate awaits all the current flavors-of-the-month.
At least Wahlberg seems to have moderated rebounded with his acting career.

But, I've gotta wonder what kind of publicist team handled this train wreck. Did he go on any radio/TV shows beforehand?

10. I seem to remember him doing that several years ago...
...and it was a classic case of "If a tree falls in the woods and there's no one there to hear it, does it make a sound?" He was everywhere, then he was nowhere. This is sort of like "Nowhere: The Sequel."

Looks like Justin Timberlake's the only one who made it out of the boy bands, and that's only because Michael Jackson's seems to lost the ability to be Michael Jackson.

12. For a while, it looked like Ricky Martin had some steam
But yesterday's news from Menudo quickly became yesterday's news on his own.

11. He and the rest of those assholes symbolize everything rotten and
despicable about the current music industry and American "taste".

The shyster, fake piece of shit deserves to only have four overweight, low-self-esteem ignorant clods show up at a record signing.

I have respect that he had the decency to sign the records for those who did show up - that shows class - but I'm glad he is suffering this humiliation; and suffering it so publicly.
