Shrub also seems to have a hankerin' for makin' em scream really loud. Which is why he's introduced some innovative new interrogation techniques which, unfortunately, are otherwise known as "wartime atrocities."

The old "innovative new interrogation techniques" have stopped working, so he needs some new ones.
