I never eat food that's been sitting out all day. Yech. Here in Wisconsin they do this disgusting thing at supermarket deli counters where they put big pans of sliced deli meat (ham, salami, even roast beef) in the display case, then when you order your cold-cuts they put on a glove and grab some out of the pan. God knows how long it's been sitting there (if you ask, they say they just sliced it. Right). We always make them slice our stuff fresh, while we watch. They hate us.
