What I learned last night on "Survivor"...
a bad leader is worse than no leader at all...

DUH

In the beginning, it takes cohesion, "teamwork", watch "Stephanie".

Cohesion (see Taliban), is most important in early phases of organization (check blastula). Well, I think that group is up and running. "Cohesion" is a primary tool in early individuation..."them" and "us" is a necessary construct, in the beginning. Where do leaders fit-in?...after-the-fact? First, gain a foot-hold, and then differentiate? No popping-out and doing the soft shoe with hat and cane until the premise, the initial assumption has rooted and taken hold. The self-proclaimed "leader" may have messed-up the initial co-operation necessary in problem solving.

Well, I'm a profoundly unabashed observer; that's why I like this show.

No katie couric fan, here. Go Stephanie!

any survivor fans here?...
