I receive at least 2 Nigerian scam letters a week. But this is a new one. Don't know why they are targeting me, but this is a new twist. And of course, he is sending this one to the wrong person, as I am an atheist. Should anyone be foolish enough to want to sent him money, I have his address. Below is the message I received:

I saw your e-mail address on the internet and I felt like
sharing my terrible ordeal with you; But before I commence I will like tointroduce myself to you .My name is Ibrahim Musa the elderest son of Alhaji Musa Momoh .I hail from Zamfara state, located at the northern part of Nigeria. my father is one of the ruling member in the sharia council of the Muslim religion.
At the age of four years I was already admitted into the muslin
Arabic school where I was taught everything about Islam .The school infused Islam as the only true religion into me .we were made to believe that Christians are our enemies and who ever kills a Christian will go to heaven. I hated the Christian with passion looking forward to the day I would be opportune to kill all of them. In 1996 a Christian crusade was held very close towere we lived in Zamfara, then I was just 15years of age .I took my Muslim
folks and we matched down to the crusade ground, to distract the attention of the people present at the crusade. But when we got there I was astonishedby the way the people worshipped their God and that captivated my interest to watch them, not long after their worship a man came up on stage and gave a massage that changed my life till date. Right there at the crusade ground I confessed my sins and gave my life to Our Lord Jesus Christ.
My father was disappointed, when he heard that I have been converted
to the Christian religion .He was infuriated with my new kind of life, instead of going to the mosque, I simply studied the bible at home. My father now saw me as a betrayal to Islam and an enemy too; He disowned me as his child and further summoned me to the sharia court where I was tried and sentenced to death by hanging .I was tortured and locked up in a small dark room without food for five days waiting for the day of execution . But God showed His
mercy on me, by using a prison guard .The guard arranged for my escape, He also gave me some food and money to get out of the state. I boarded a vehicle traveling to the southern part of the country to enable me flee from my father's capricious and unjust system of punishment.
I arrived in Benin city the capital city of Edo state where
I knew nobody .I lived in the street for six months, begging for food, water and money to survive. But I never allowed my present situation to affect my faith in God. On a fateful morning my prayers were answered, a man I never met before became interest in my case and volunteered to help after listening to my pathetic story. He introduced me to a pastor he gladly took me into his house and adopted me as his only child. The pastor' name Adam Lawrence, he became my new father, gave me a new name (JOSEPH) and he sent
me back to finish high school. In 1999 I got admitted into college of medicine to study pharmacy. In my part three in the college of medicine pastor Adam lost his wife through breast cancer. it was a big lost ,she was one of the nicest person to me and I saw her as my mother . Barely a year after the death of Mrs. Adam, Pastor Adam had a terrible car accident and he didn't survive it.
Pastor Adam's Attorney handed over to me pastor Adam?s estate
and also the sum of 4.68million naira (US$36000) in his account as the only child; but the brothers strongly opposed that because I was not his biological son, and the adoption was not legally processed. They thugly kicked me out of the house and collected the money willed to me including the document for the estate. I pressed charges against them but they had the money and influence to bail their way out.
I'm now in part five in medical school, in less than three
years I'm suppose to graduate as a medical doctor; But how I?m I going to achieve this dream? I have no home to live, no money to pay my sessional school fee, all pastor Adam left for me was forcefully taken from me .MY beloved in Christ, I humbly solicit your financial assistance .I'm not keenabout the estate or the money but my education .I need US$3000 (three thousand Us dollar)to pay for my remaining two sessional fees and purchase required
books needed .
