Plus, she was a mom with a whiny-ass husband and a bitchy mother, yet kept her cool in the face of all of it. She probably had a lot of pent up aggression. Samantha could kick some serious ass I think.

Jeannie seemed always to be doing awful things that got Major Nelson into trouble because she thought she was being helpful. You rarely saw Samantha do the monumentally stupid things Jeannie was capable of.
