where do you like to read?

Do you have a favorite place? Do you like to read in quiet? Do you listen to music? Whats your best reading environment?

1. laying on my stomach on the bed

2. I have a few places

My favorite place is when I'm on vacation in the mountains and I can sit on a deck outside and read a good book. In fact any outdoor reading in a peaceful place is a good thing. But when I'm at home I like to read in bed at night and in my cozy chair by my bedroom window during the day.

Sometimes I listen to music but it can't have any words because the lyrics would cause me to lose focus on my book. Beethoven or Chopin is great reading music IMHO

3. I have a really nice loveseat w/ottoman......

And a terrific floor lamp next to it, in my living room.....

It is my favorite place to read.......I put my periodicals next to me, and let them pile up........

4. I've got a mauve La-Z-boy recliner in my bedroom...

And that's where I usually read. Every once in a while though, I like to lay on my stomach and read in bed.

Doesn't last long when I do that, though...I'm usually asleep in my book within just a page or two...

5. sitting in

my lazy chair, some classical, or symphonic music playing softly in the back ground, with a lamp on my right, eye level....hmmm, and a nice fat cigarette....and a bottle of fuzzy navel...:)

but mainly either Laying on the couch or in bed.
