Remember Chaca Chaca?
Not the fish, but the evil Mexican candy. It is a stick of sweetened lemon-flavored tamarind pulp dipped in chili powder.

It has been banned from sale in the United States because it contains a lot of lead. This is a "point/counterpoint" piece about the banning...

Against banning it: "The chaca chaca candy shouldn't be banned because it tastes good, it is healthy and it has a cheap price."
For banning it: "The chaca-chaca candy should be banned because it is unhealthy, it tastes bad and it is illegally imported."
