What is sexual harassment?
I have a workplace dilemma. I work in a very small office with 5 people. Two of those people are dating. They are constantly fondling eachother, kissing, humping eachother, tickling eachother, giggling...etc. It makes me really uncomfortable.

NO, I haven't said anything because my boss doesn't say anything and I'm not sure if what they are doing is technically against the rules. ???

1. Ask your boss or ask a lawyer.
You'll only get opinion here.

2. Start fondling yourself in the workplace
If people complain point to the original offending couple

3. You could mention to your boss that you feel uncomfortable
With their behavior. That might be a place to start.

6. that's not as easy as it sounds...
the girl in question LIVES with my boss and her boyfriend is absolutely worshipped by my boss. However, I think I will say something and if nothing is done, I may have to go over her head.

Thanks.

4. Tell them to get a room

most companies frown on work place "amore". Even if it's OK with the boss it's too much for you. Just say so, they probably know they're over the top anyway.

7. Usually there's a clause about an inhostpitable working enviornment
I don't have any experience with getting anything done about it though, I reported a coworker who was fucking a suboordinate on the premises on the clock once and all our boss did was let them know who told him. :eyes:

8. Be very carefull. Document everything. It's sorta like catching
a freaking wildcat. Easier to catch than to let go of. Keep as far away from it it you can. When one of them flirts with someone new, the shit will hit the fan. You will be asked to take sides. Just play stupid. You need to be in a neutral corner wearing a camo suit. Trust me.
