And naps? I love to take naps on Saturdays, even if they are only for 10 or 15 minutes. Rejuvenates me for the rest of the day. As a matter of face, I think they should be mandatory, especially at work.

16. unfortunately.. all night every night.. I am a sleep scientist's

dream candidate (pun intended)

IF and when I sleep, I only sleep for 45-min to an hour and then am awake for a few hours and then doze a bit more off and on (very cat-like, eh?)


On rare occasions when I do crash and fall into a coma, invariably the phone rings and then I am up for good..

Usually, I will fall asleep arounf 6:30 am and then wake up around 7 to 7:30..have a bit of coffee and doze some more til around 10 or 11, and then I'm up for the day.. That goes on for a few weeks, and then I'll crash and sleep for 12-16 hours straight.. :)

I guess I catch up eventually..who knows..

I am pretty tired a lot of the time :(
