A serious question!

You know that cartoon character, I think she was red haired in a blue dress?
Anyways I perticularly remember her in bugs bunny style drawing..

And she always said something like: "You're so cute. I just want to huge you and squeeze you, and call you George" While at the same time, hugging the poor animal to death.

What was the cartoon's name, or the characters name, anyone have a picture? I really don't remember.
