No more Aerosmith!
You can count their non-godawful songs on one finger, tops. Yet they're played 24/7 on every radio station in the country.

Please! Please, no more!

1. There's your problem: listening to the radio.
It's a barren wasteland!

2. Oh count your blessings
It could be Axl. Or Donnie Iris. :D :hi:

7. You know whereof you speak, that's for sure
If there were any mercy or wisdom in the universe, WDVE would be retroactively stricken from the airwaves.

9. That's a frequent fantasy, but he's actually a really good guy
With lousy taste in music.

In about a month, he and his wife are adopting a little girl from Guatemala. By all accounts, they're giving her an opportunity that she simply couldn't have in her native country.

A childhood spent listening to Axl and Donny Iris might be a tough trade-off, though...

3. Aerosmith ranks with the Rolling Stones with me
Two bands who have played way past their primed by diluting some of the fabulous early works they had with some of the most god-awful crap they have been putting out for at least the last decade.

6. I have to agree LynneSin
And even for the bands and musicians I've never cared for personally, if they can still have platinum Album/CD sales after 30 years plus, they've definitely earned my praise and respect.

5. Loved them in the '70s...
but they have sullied their reputation with a non-stop torrent of putrid garbage since they reformed in the '80s.

In the '70s, there was Aerosmith

from the '80s till now, there is Hair-o-smith
