though i remember ultraman too.

the spectraman theme was kinda funky and had a bass groove.

he had a gorilla-like nemesis who made sweeping, chopping hand gestures when he talked.

i caught it on channel 26 or 32 in chicago (whichever was the metromedia affiliate on UHF teevee) between 1974 and 1976.

other stuff we watched as kids:

speed racer
three stooges
little rascals
harold lloyd (still can't figure that one out)
rocky and bullwinkle
lancelot link
weird psychedelic educational programming

they played this shit everyday.

Loved that one.

I have a 23 VHS tape collection of the Little rascals. They each have 4 or 5 videos each.

And, as with most television shows of the time, the "Prefab Whore" also had a band:

16. Steady drinking over many years leads to.........
......permanent changes in the brain. One of the permanent effects of alcohol on the brain is to reduce the amount of brain tissue and to increase the size of the ventricles instead. Another way in which alcoholic drinks affect the brain is through depriving it of food substances such as vitamins. This is because heavy drinkers often neglect their diet, which can lead to vitamin deficiencies. Thiamine, one of the 'B' vitamins is most commonly missing from the diet and can lead to serious mental disturbance.

18. My stepbrother, who had a dream of one day being in show biz..
Traveled to Hollywood to live out his dream...

Well, he did one day make it since he wore the suit for half a season...

I can't remember which one he was, but he was one of the Bananna Splits on the saturday morning show....

To think it all started for him singing Downtown on the Gene Carrol Show....
