Baby Maine-ah
it's not the best pic, I had to take a pic of a pic with my camera to do this. But this is our little girl due in Nov. This was done at 20 weeks. I am now at 30.5 weeks. That is her leg sticking up in the air.

8. LOL.
What I mean is, the very act of conception takes bravery, to me. I'm not a child-lover...Hell, I'm still a child myself. But later in life, I'm not sure if I would want a child or no.

:D

14. ah, you're still young, you may or may not change your mind...
I had thought the same as you, when I hit 28 my body was telling me "it's time" and my mind was going "are you nuts?!"

If you do, you do, if you don't you don't, and that's just fine. It's your choice and your life, and that's all that matters.

We didn't think it was going to happen at all, after 11 years of living together we just figured one of us couldn't. So, she's quite the surprise.

6. great photo!
I'm always amazed by the ultrasound pictures and videos I see these days. When I had my ultrasound 23 years ago I couldn't see a thing that the technician was pointing out. It just looked like a dark spot. I'm thrilled for you and I hope your pregnancy is uneventful and your delivery of this beautiful baby girl is smooth and without incident for both of you!

congratulations !

7. Thanks to the both of you!
I've had it really easy so far, so I hope it keeps up this way!

Isn't the technology amazing? I'd love to get one of those 3D ones done.

9. Oh my gosh, she's already cute
with her legs in what one might imagine is a terribly uncomfortable position but isn't, I guess. My daughter was a frank breech, both legs up by her ears. As a Mainer myself, let me welcome the little sweetheart in advance!

That could ease some anxiety.

12. I have considered taking that class.
my friend's mom teaches it up here. We start our birthing class this thursday, and I imagine that will ease some of my anxiety. It's not that I'm nervous about being a parent, it's just getting the kid out of me, lol, that has me a bit freaked out. But I try to keep telling myself women have been doing this forever...get over it....kind of thing. But still....

13. Strange, I can actually make the child out in that one. In many of those
I've seen, the child is just a formless blob to me.
