1. write your paper
or proscrastinate long enough so that you are pinched for time. but you're smart enough to pull off some bullshit paper that will fool the T.A. or prof, but that won't be emotionally satisfying to you. then you'll feel like a fraud and it will compound matters like a ripple effect througout your academic career.

3. Your probably right. It's awfully tempting though, as I'm good at last
minute bullshit.

11. Unfortunately, you couldn't help here. One is a book report, and one
is a peice of writing about a memory (in my case, when I went to Crawford last summer)

5. I always do well at last-minute bullshit.
People are surprised when I say how I just finished a project in one night (the night before, of course.) :D

2. Why, sir, are you writing papers?
:P :P

I have a crapload of Algebra II homework to do, and I don't even know what it is--all I know are the pages numbers and problems assigned. But my teacher is really fucking anal retentive, so I'm sure it's something weird and useless.

:hi:

6. My math teacher is just insane. She's cool though
I'm taking Hon Alg 1. They orignally ad me down for Hon alg 2, but I would've died in that class.

On my papers, it's not terrible I guess, but I'm lazy. I have two, and should be 4 doublespaced pages each

8. I like algebra so much better than geometry.
I took algebra in eighth grade, and geometry last year as a freshman. Geometry was blood-boilingly dumb. Plus, I had such a good algebra I teacher and then a mediocre geometry teacher. x( x(

to get it finished with time to spare. Then you can laugh at all your classmates as they stress out hours before it's due.

Also, how long do you have to finish it? If it's a ten-page paper due in five days, I always find it easier to write 2-3 pages a night than cramming it all in the night or two before. Actually, once I get into it, I say, "What the hell, I've gotten this far; I might as well finish it today."

Of course, if you've already procrastinated and it's due in a day or two, then just order out for your favorite meal (or go and get a favorite snack), turn on some music or a movie for background noise if that helps, and just do what it takes to finish it. Take breaks, and give yourself incentives for steady work. Good luck! :hi:

13. I have about 4-5 double spaced pages left
and it's due Tuesday, but I really don't want to deal with this shit tomorow. That's biology time :(

14. Ah.
Well, 4-5 pages isn't too bad. It's still early; write 2-2.5 pages now, take a good-sized break, then come back and write the rest after that. :)
