How much of this city was actually built on rock and roll?
What was the specific blend? I'm thinking it was about 75% rock and 35% roll. Yes, I know. That adds up to 110%. That's just the way rock and roll is, man.

Anyway, can somebody answer this conclusively? I'm writing an essay.

1. Depends on which city.

Chicago, for example, was built on electric blues and meatpackers.

edit: That doesn't make for a catchy song, unfortunately.

9. I lost interest in politics.
This is my typical style. I started leaning toward the Democrats around the time Bush had a 90% approval rating. When he started to crash and burn, I lost interest. I think I like being on the wrong side of popular opinion. It feels more like a challenge.

5. Well, I think they were talking about San Francisco in that song
There's a pretty good base of rock there and many earthquakes have a rolling motion. I think your percentages are about right.

6. A city that was originally wet swampland but terraformed...
it'll last about 30 years, but given all that tacky bass, it'll revert within 10.
