OK, I don't know if I am feeling crazy or masochistic or what but, after a three week hiatus I am considering posting another controversial and inflammatory thread to GD!

I know I am just asking for flame-fest and name calling and brutal textual assaults (I came up with that last time and it got good response so I am going to keep using it), but I can't help myself!


Someone, please, talk me out of it!

OK, I was actually going to, just wanted some reassurance.

Last time did not go well. People are really touchy about airline security and travel conveniece (and I suggested a radical solution to our seemingly inane security measures).

8. My last one was called

"Maybe we should all fly naked!" - it got many responses (123 posts). I was called many names and had both my patriotism and my heritage questioned. It was brutal!

I'm gonna do it, I was just looking for some moral support before I post this time. Last time I needed a DU Lounge hug fest to make me feel like ever posting again.

questions of a political nature, but I'm not , let's say, smart enough on the subject of politics. I try to read the posts on GD to educate myself, but it hasn't helped yet.

Though my post about middle class america going down the tubes sure got attention.

The first sentence of the post would work (Activists, I can't stand them!) - but I don't want to repeat myself so I'll probably go with:

Don't be an activist, be a revolutionary.

I do a column for my web site called 1024 - its 1024 characters on a subject, I've been building a library before I start posting them to the site and I want to test run here to see if I can generate response.
