Anybody here from Longisland? Or more specific from
Dix Hills? My niece is going there as an au pair girl...
And not having any children to worry about I'm worrying about my niece :)

1. Dix Hills is a very nice neighborhood.
Of course, you're going to need info about the
employers though.

4. She has information - seems to be a very nice
Jewish family. I'm glad to hear it's a nice neighborhood! Thank you :)

2. You can try posting this in the New York State forum.
Good luck.

5. No, but I used to work for a guy from 'LawnGuyLind, Noo Yawk'....
If he so much as MENTIONED any niece of mine,
I would, ah, how should I put it...
"Immediately provide him with motivation to NEVER mention her again,
as part of a discussion of the basic principles of what behavioral
scientists call 'AVERSION Therapy'."

Blunt objects would be used as 'discussion aids', to illustrate pertinent points
of my monologue.

7. I have to LOVE him, cuz Jesus says so.
Didn't say nothin' about letting that piece of human garbage
get within 100 yards of my nieces, though.

8. Ooh, great user name: Lon Guyland
I sorta like those stealthy puns that sneak up on people. Hope someone can use it.
