I "thrive under pressure" too. Of course, Ms Uly calls that "prefers to put shit off", but that's her. :D Good luck getting the laundry hidden! :hi:

3. For some reason, MrG seems to hold that point of view too.
But he's off golfing today... which is what I call walking and drinking beer. :D

How's baby?

6. doing fine.
He's really cute right now - I have him in the office w/ me while Mama is sleeping late, and he's sitting up, drinking his bottle and stroking his pillow while he gets sleepy. :D

He's gotten into that annoying phase where he won't eat anything except Cheerios or other crunchy stuff he can feed himself...

7. Yardwork
we finally got rain and now the weeds have taken over again. The string trimmer's going to get a workout too. The Buckeyes play at 3:30, so I'll be parked in front of the tv. :)

8. I need to do some of that this weekend.
The little razor thingie that trims the weedwhacker line to the proper length fell off last month, so I have to keep scissors in my back pocket while I trim. x(

10. That sounds like a pain!
I have a cordless trimmer and that's good with an acre and trees. No cord and no heavy motor. The downside? The charge doesn't last very long. x(

28. Turn off the AC, throw open the windows, & breathe in the cool, damp air!
It's 69 degrees here this morning, it rained overnight and is supposed to be cloudy and rainy all day. I'm in heaven. After weeks of 90-110 degree heat, this is paradise. I fell like I have more energy than I've had in weeks.

After coffee and the news, I'm off to clean the back room and organize it into a craft room. My spinning fiber and yarn is taking over the whole house--not that that's a bad thing, but I'd like to actually be able to SEE my furniture and the floor.

Have a great weekend! :bounce:
