Saw a commercial for a new movie, "Flyboys," about WWI aviators. That inspired me to play Red Baron, and I got me a Fokker Dr. I, a Pfalz D. IV and an observation balloon. :woohoo:

Dunno if I wanna see the movie, though. I bet they screw it up, like they did "Pearl Harbor." :grr:

But when it gets extremely gory and over the top it's too much for me. Case in point: I watched "Blade" once and was ok with it. Then years later I went to watch it again and the gore/violence factor was too much for me. Maybe I've just mellowed a bit in recent times. :shrug:

I'm also not really into that kind of "action" that's completely unrealistic (e.g., one guy with no weapons takes out six muscle-bound guys with automatic weapons).

I hate the "Rambo" kind of violence you're talking about; it's just silly. What I'm on about are movies that misrepresent war stuff, particularly air combat. I've ranted plenty of times about the totally unrealistic (and historically bullshit) scenes in "Pearl Harbor," and women always give me a look and say "That's nice" or something.
