What's going on with NetFlix?

I've waited quite a while for the Bleak House DVDs to come available, and now I've watched only one of them, and the second and third were high on the queue, when suddenly #2 and 3 have dropped down into the black hole called "SAVED" which is usually reserved for DVDs that haven't been released yet. In the "Availability" column, it says "unknown"

I don't understand. I've gotten the first one, and the other two suddenly drop from the radar.

Has Bleak House been recalled? Was there a contract dispute with Charles Dickens?

1. Maybe you should contact Netflix

There is a "report a problem" (or something like that) section. I'm not sure if this particular problem is covered, but maybe send them an inquiry from one of those links on the site?
