I have a job interview set for 11:15 on Monday morning, with a local non-profit, and a line on a possible tech writing gig that'll probably start some time in the new year. The bank trolls who called me today just wanted to tell me that they'd gotten my paperwork, and not that they'd messed up yet again, and they'll have more information for me around January 1 or so. Plus, I leave for Long Island on the 26th, which means I'll get to do the last day of Hannukah with my fiance's family! Yaay!

2. Hey, I read your thread.

I think going to the teacher and apologising for your lack of judgement is an excellent idea, but you may also have to pull out the big guns eventually. Did I recall correctly that you have Asperger's? If so, you may need to play that card this time. If not, I apologise for confusing you with someone else.

5. Starting new classes in early Jan/04

in a lucrative field with many openings, and I never have to work in my old , crappy-paying , nutty job again!

I'm psyched.

Also, my SO may get a position teaching history at a college.

8. Things were starting to until I got an Eviction Notice Today

and right before Christams vacation. The landlord wants to move in our place in February, the rainiest month. Scrooge. No ski slopes for me now since I've got to save the money for moving. We were going to get a kitten for our child on Christmas since ours of 17 years had to be put down the last day of daylight savings time. No stocking stuffer now. Rats, rats, rats, and Merry Christmas anyway. We just might get a bigger and better place but good Lord, couldn't he have waited unitl after the holidays. Scrooge all the way!
