Honest to God! It's 66 degrees--in August. I'm tempted to turn on the furnace just long enough to take the chill off. And it's rainy. My shoes--my beloved Keds, the most comfortable shoes on the planet--are wet, so my feet are cold. I'm gonna go put on a sweater and some warm socks.
4. Oh, I understand perfectly what you mean. I just feel differently. I've
always found "unusual weather days" to be fascinating, more than offputting. Kind of like a mini-vacation from the hum-drum routine of ordinary days :)
