6. Mystic Pizza Trivia factoid
The movie was filmed in Mystic CT, but to different resturants were used. The real Mystic Pizza for the exteriors, and Illannios for the interior shots. People give the funniest looks when they walk in, because the inside of Mystic Pizza looks nothing like it does in the movie.

'The hour of the wolf news',

9. "Fried Green" is the most southern movie I have seen
I saw it while overseas in Germany and man did it make me feel like being home (though it is set much deeper in the south). Great movie.

7. would "the Hours" be considered
a chic flic? A masterpiece, I thought. I generally prefer 'chic flics' to the testosterone orgies that are so popular. But mostly, Hollywood movies just plain suck. IMO, of course.

8. There have been several
in the past but recently I watched "Legally Blond" and found it quite charming despite being pure Hollywood fantasy.

I just hope to hell the Guy's down at the Auto Parts store don't find out about this.

13. I liked The Princess Bride
One of my favorite movies... but is it really a chick flick?

I dunno. I was always kinda hard-pressed to know what the hell that movie was...

15. I wouldn't consider Princess Bride a chick flick
more of a fantasy I suppose... BTW, the book is fantastic - lots of humor and cynicism that just couldn't translate to the big screen.

(one of my favorites, obviously) ;-)

It's charming, witty, funny, and has beautiful women in low-cut gowns. What's not to love?
