we are still about 30 inches short of where we should be, since we are in yar 2 of the drought but at least it broke the over 100 string!

1. Isn't it wonderful?
I'm loving it. No 100°'s in the forecast all week here in Oklahoma. :)

3. For some reason, when I saw your title, I immediately got
the theme song to Walker, Texas Ranger stuck in my head. Now I have to go kill myself...

I'm glad you got rain, however.

4. Yeah, but now the humidity has risen about a thousand percent
I wouldn't mind so much except every time I step outside my glasses instantly fog over. It's a real pain in the ass.

6. hey, fellow Texan!!
where did you get rain? We didn't get any today, and we sure could have used some to cool it down here (Houston).

8. Metroplex: FW /Dallas. Some rain Sunday aft and more overnight
and on into Monday. Lower temperatures all around for the rest of the week. What a relief.

and re: the humidity: oh boy 88% (more like Kentucky) so you feel right sticky, instead of baked. A reminder of what real humidity can feel like...folks complain about humidity up here and I think about the kind where the temp and the humidity are the same number and just smile.

I heard some folks talking at work yesterday about their glasses fogging up when they went outside. We are normally so dry here that eyeware fog does not occur that often!
