Costco has Halloween shit at the beginning of October!
And you know what I hate about that? People like me *know* that if we don't buy it right away, it will be depleted by all the other Costco shoppers.

And sure enough, two weeks before Halloween, it's gone.

Then by Halloween, we're giving out 4-week-old candy*. And for a chocolate lover like me, that's kind of...wrong.

I loves me my Costco, but dang it, they could wait a couple weeks.

/rant

*Assuming it lasts in our household, that is. Last year I ended up re-supplying from Target.

Better stock up in early Sept just to be safe...unless you want to give candy canes to all the little goblins...

Couldn't believe it.
"Y'all are rushing the season a little, aren't you?"
<shoulder shrug> in reply.

6. This shows just how fast American democracy is collapsing.
I love Costco, too. Very Blue and they treat their employees very well. Stock options and stuff.

8. This is why
I go to the grocery store the day before Halloween, and buy a bag or two of whatever they have left. I don't get many trick-or-treaters, though.
