Have You Ever Used Those Bioré Pore-Cleaning Strips?

What did you think of them? Are they any good, or are they more hype than help?

1. Funny you should ask!
I used one just last night. :)

For serious cleaning of your pores they are not as good as having a professional facial, but I like them enough to use them occassionally for a big night.

I think they would be more helpful for truly oily skin than dry skin with an oily T.

4. Regular tape works just as well.
Just get a decent roll of packing tape, and it will do the same thing.

8. I was just gonna suggest that.
:P They were a big sensation when they first came out, and I tried a sample strip. My reaction was, "Scotch tape does the same thing." :yoiks: They don't clean your pores out all that well, and it just takes the top layer of dead skin cells off.

Yep, packing tape would do the same thing for a whole lot cheaper. :)

5. I didn't notice too much difference after using them.
But I wasn't out too much money. Got them at Big Lots for $3.00.

6. I think they are kind of fun
don't know how well they work, but when you peel them off, it's enough to make you feel like you've done something good for yourself..especially when you see all the junk that's come off of your face. Yikes!

9. yeah...
thought they were overrated....but they did work on the weaker blackheads, and what not...I use Aveeno Clear Complexion cleansing bar, works wonders...and is substantially cheaper...but everyone has their different products they use...:)
