Do you ever worry about Duers whom suddenly stop posting

Say If a duer that you talked to normally post several times a day .
But all the sudden Stops.
How many days before you start wondering Whats Up?

I know how it is when moving. It took me months before I could come back to DU after moving. Of course, I have moved twice in 4 years, although the second time was, I sincerely hope, permanent.

I've got two appointments at the cardiovascular clinic next month -- neither one of which I'm looking forward to. The first is blood-testing for lipid proteins etc and the second is stress testing (you know -- they're going to put me on a treadmill and run me like a hamster until I cramp up, throw up or bite the big one).
I think they suspect congestive heart disease. It's genetic (a bad right coronary artery). I'm not going to die any time soon, but they have mentioned that, rather than a simple stent (of which I've had two, now), the next time I go in they're going to crack me open like a Thanksgiving turkey and put in one or more replacement parts.
What happens happens -- but it makes it tough to concentrate on Lamont/Lieberman, Webb/Allen and so on. Maybe that's why I'm spending most of my time in the lounge.
Anyhow, I'm fine. Just a bit distracted these days. Hope all is good with you, too.

I know lots of people who are living great lives after getting the replacement parts.

Heading to Michigan next month for a big family party...some cousins' 60th wedding anniversary (my first cousins are all much older than me, their kids are my age...go figure). Not to your part of the state, but to Macatawa. I am so looking forward to it! They live on the lake and have rented a big old house next to theirs with lots of porches for us all to stay in.
