I'm getting married next week. ask me Anything!
I am so stressed. Seriously, elope. I'm going crazy.

My family is Southern Baptist. I moved to California and am marrying someone Jewish (but we're both pretty much Atheist). I am going back to North Carolina tomorrow for the wedding on Saturday.

I am terrified!

3. Between Asheville and Boone
The wedding is in Little Switzerland, up the Blue Ridge Parkway. It should be really pretty.

I was born and raised in Waynesville--just west of Asheville. You'll be fine.

Congrats to you and yours. :toast:

5. One of those things..
People startes asking me this from the get-go, and I had NO IDEA. AAAH! But now, it's pink, chartreuse green, and white. It's going to be over labor day, and it kind of overlooks an apple orchard, I think it will be gorgeous.

11. Lemme tell you something.
The colors, the vows, the place where the wedding takes place -- yeah, they can be important. But the very MOST important thing is the relationship between you and your husband to be. Those ARE the ties that bind.

8. I forgot to ask you anything!
Where are you going to spend the honeymoon? That's more important than the wedding. :)

10. Jamaica, I hope...
We're still planning, but I went to the Carribean last year and it was just amazing. I love Jamaica way too much. If I have any say, we will go there.

12. Enjoy it. The day belongs to you, not any assholes who
might judge your are your fiance's religious beliefs. (I know this is not a question, but I couldn't think of anything; and I felt like it was important to say this. :-))

lose my mind. There were so many things coming at me from every direction. But oddly enough, when my wedding day came around, all that faded away, and it was a beautiful day. Yours will be the same-

Your colors sound absolutely gorgeous!! Please post some pictures for us to enjoy when you get back from your honeymoon!!

Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials!
