And well scripted show that provided lesson of strength that so may of us youngsters needed to see...

7. You and hubby both...
:P When he found out the Daniel Boone marathon was going to happen, he was really happy. He's had it on a lot this weekend. I liked the show when it was on years ago, but it's not really my bag, so I have found other things to occupy my time. :D

9. I had such the crush on Daniel Boone when I was
a little kid. I could not miss this show that is for sure. It's been
a long time since I've seen it.

I loved Daniel Boone, Courtship of Eddie's Father and Dark Shadows around the time I was in kindergarten and first grade.

Odd how in these shows that purport to show how life was way back in the day, that the women were tied to home and hearth and unable to fend for themselves. I supspect a pioneer woman was someone to be reckoned with and afraid of very little.
