Anyone remember the "fun bubbles" guy?

The guy who claimed to be special forces and he did all kinds of heroic things and his wife and daughter were real hot, with big "fun bubbles" and none of his stories made much sense. I thought I'd bookmarked the thread his ramblings were in (and I can't even remember if he was here or someone posted from a blog somewhere) but apparently I didn't.

Am I just imagining things or does anyone else remember him?
