The Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file was e-mailed on Monday and includes names, e-mail addresses, cell phone numbers and cell phone models of 5,210 Verizon Wireless customers, going by a copy of the file obtained by CNET News.com. All of the customers have Motorola Razr phones, according to the spreadsheet.

2. Sadly, I just did. And I would have cancelled their service,

if I hadn't needed to buy a replacement phone. Cancel without paying the fee, citing they can't keep their own security in order when they disable all cell phones' multimedia capabilies, claiming security for their customers. :spit:

3. Yeah, I had always thought they just sucked.

A few of my friends have them and they all have an annoying key lag that's a total pain in the ass while scrolling. My stepdad has one and he's had to go back to verizon and have them replace the battery three times. The verizon guy told him that's a common problem.
