My girlfriends cat is shedding.
She doesn't usually shed, but she is today. I am glad I stayed home from work.

You live with your girlfriend and you're happy that you stayed home from work so that you could watch her cat shed, which is rare, so it's kind of an unexpected treat?

Mine are looking like little bears, and they don't even go outside. But wait until April, they shed the equivalent of one normal-sized cat per day. Each.
