1. If I don't know the # calling me, I don't pick up.
It's a cell phone and I have about 100 people in it, so basically most people who legitimately need to call me are already in it. Otherwise, I just wait for a voicemail.

6. Yes and No...
Generally I'm just happy to have ANYONE call me....

(Sometimes I'll ignore my wife's calls) <SHOCK!> I do get back to her in due time!

7. Yes(ish)
My mobile has just about everybody who calls me stored in it so their name comes up and I choose whether to answer. Landline 'phone only has about 5 numbers stored (what a lazy sod I am), but there are plenty of other numbers that I recognise - if it's not one I know chances are I'll let it go to answerphone.

8. Do you know that British vernacular turns me on?
"answerphone" - that is so cool! :loveya:

I mean, whoever came up with "voicemail" must've been a constipated old accountant...

9. Fuck yeah.
Don't know how people get on without it. I NEVER pick up the phone unless I know who is calling.

10. absolutely, on both the cell phone and the home phone
I signed onto the "do not call" list, but still get calls. If its an 800# or a number I don't recognize, I just won't pick up.

11. Best feature the phone company ever came out with.
I use it for screening annoying telemarketers od people I choose not to speak with.
Best feature ever!
