21. FYI, I know people who swear by tamanu oil for poison ivy.

I don't get poison ivy, so I only swear by tamanu oil for tattoo healing, cuts, burns, dry skin, and bug bites.

I eat pretty healthy and mostly organic: lots of tofu, legumes, nuts, whole grains, veggies, fruit, fish and very little dairy & eggs. I keep in pretty good shape and am really strong for my size.

However, I also drink like a fish, smoke and occaisionally partake in assorted other recreational substances. However, I did very significantly reduce my once nearly absurd intake of other recreational substances.

I guess it all kind of evens out.
