A clean BLT
Two strips of turkey bacon...two slices of garden grown tomato....two pieces of whole wheat bread...topped off with fat free mayo...MMMMMMMMM!!! A low fat BLT!! It just doesn't get any better than this!!

I make mine a little different. Fake bacon and Vegenaise (I like the grapeseed version) for me. Tastes the same.

10. Is there a better version than Fakin' Bacon?
I like flavor of Fakin' but found it hard to get that delectable crispiness of real fried bacon.

I haven't done a BLT in a long time, but this thread is getting me in the mood for one. I think it's time to pick up a little bit of the good Alderfer bacon from my local Wegman's and make one.
