I have job where I cover people who are away, so I work in all sorts of departments. This week I've been doing a brutal shift. 3am to 11am. In theory, I working in one department from 3am to 7am. Then I take all my brakes together and work in a different department from 8am to 11am. It went as planned on the first day, but since then I've been working 1/2 hr to 1 1/2 hrs overtime in the first department. As they won't approve overtime, this meant that I skipped breaks and killed my self when I went to the next department to get things done.

There are supposed to be 3 of us in the first department. Next week there will only be two AND we'll be short in the second department as well. Yikes!
