I'm about to head out for a day of skills testing for a new job. It's the first step in the process that WILL get me out of what I'm doing now and into a better paying job, one with a pension plan and away from driving around the countryside almost every day.

That's nice when it's summer but it sucks monkeys when the temperature is -20 and the snow is blowing horizontally. 300 miles on an average day adds up over time.

I'm also old enough that I need to supplement my own etirement savings with a formal pension.

THIS WILL HAPPEN.
