I heard this on the local news last night and didn't see it on the web until checking HuffPo a few minutes ago.

2. I would have come unglued. I'm terrified of snakes. Had a really close

call as a kid, and my Mother was terrified of them as well. Talk about panic in a theatre, a fire wouldn't upset me as much as seeing/feeling a snake slither past in the dark.

YUCK! The thought of it happening is enough to give me the willies. I would have never gone to see this movie anyway, but after this, there is NO WAY IN HELL I WOULD EVER CONSIDER SEEING THIS MOVIE!

You could have deaths in both species. Probably all the snakes will end up dead. Rattlesnakes have an important place in our world. A theatre ain't it. :mad:

A while back, a snake lover posted that he HATED the idea of this movie because of what it would inspire people to do. I supported him and then thought maybe I was taking the whole thing too seriously. He was right.

Personally, I'd pay a little extra to rent a snakey to wear while I watch the movie. I love snakes. But no one should ever, ever frighten someone with an animal. BAD, STUPID, NASTY. :mad:

On edit: The snakes were released in the desert. Not everyone would be so enlightened. I hope they catch those morons and throw them in jail for a good, long time to contemplate their "joke."
