Seriously, calm assertiveness is the answer to most dog behaviour trouble. He'll show you the way. It's the best self-help book I've ever read

2. The Dog Whisper has a great website with helpful advice for your dog.

Just remember you have to be the pack leader, or the dog will become the pack leader and run the house.
