WORST rock tune?
My pick:

"Rockin' Me Baby" by the Steve Miller Band.

Agree? Disagree?

1. Disagree.
My pick would be one of those metal tunes, with the dual lead guitars screaming vocals that can't be understood.

Just noise, to me.

I'd give you an example but I honestly don't know the names of the bands or the tunes. I just hear it and know it's bad.

4. I second that..
... although anything by the Steve Miller Band 1976 and forward is a close second. :)

6. Anything by Sammy Hagar
Except maybe the two Montrose albums.

Let's go with "Red", a lame lyrical nightmare about a Republican color.....

I've read it all, it's black and white
The spectrum made a shade I like.
The crimson rays are ruby bright
Technicolor light.

Red! I want red, there's no substitute for red.
Red! Paint it red, green ain't mean compared to red.

You don't know what it does to me,
My crimson sin intensity
I'm haunted by the mystery,
The mystey of red.

Red knocks 'em dead,
Some like it hot, I like it read.

Red is my lover, got it covered
Red is my number, sure as a coma
Red is my drummer, and I hear red thunder
Move over brother,
Red's a motherfu...(cker)

(Red! Red!)
Thats' what I said...
(Red! Red!)
Come on to bed
(Red! Red!)
Gimme' that expensive spread..

7. Anything before 1980 that isn't punk rock, funk, or proto-metal (MC5, etc)
I hate any and all "classic rock." *shudder*

10. "Free Bird"
Sappy beginning, endless guitar noodling at the end.
