2. Fuck, I am old.
the first PC I built had a 512MB hard drive! 512 MB!!! I have files that are as big as that now!!

OK, that's not counting the VIC 20 with the cassette tape drive.

I'm old AND a geek.

Then I got a Commodore 64. Thought I'd gone to heaven.

I wish I'd kept my VIC 20, I wrote some kick ass BASIC apps. I wish I had my Intellivision, too. I rocked at Pitfall. And bowling.

6. I wasn't a kid, even then. Means I'm REALLY old, now.
But I was geeky enough to go to stores where they sold the new PCs and install program loops in BASIC, then stand back and giggle while the salespeople tried to figure out what to do.

7. 512 MB WOW that is big
My first 'PC' (not counting the Apple IIe or the TI99 4a) had a 20 mb HD that i upgraded to a 60 MB HD and i went nuts buying that 2nd mb of memory... now that was old...
