My arms used to be way more defined when I worked as a grocery manager and lifted boxes all day. However, I'm lucky in that those are my "spend a ton of time doing nothing" arms. I naturally build muscle very easily.

The red has faded over the years; I should probably get
it re-inked so the design balances again.
The "love" side really suffers most. It needs that red
to really DOMINATE in order to be legible:
