Does anybody have good vegetable smoothie recipes?

Man I'm into my smoothies. I've got the fruit smoothies down pat, but I'm not to good with the vegetables.

Can you help?

1. I just add an apple or a sweet fruit

to the veggies because they are usually HORRIBLE. Carrots help but then you have to be able to get past the taste of those if you're not fond of carrot juice.

Unless you like the taste of raw veggies experiment with a piece of fruit.

2. This is from our Vegetarian, Vegan and Animal Rights group forum

a juice recipe

2 apples
1 bell pepper
1 lb carrots
1 bunch celery
1 cucumber
1-2 cloves garlic
handful of spinach

run it all through a vegetable juicer, toss the pulp into the compost heap.

serve with:
8-10 brewer's yeast tablets - just swallow them whole and wash down with the juice

makes about 36 ounces. Chock full of vitamins and minerals.
