Someone, sonewhere
got hold of my Visa # and charged about $400 to my card--money that just wasn't there. So now I'm down that amount in my account and have had to deal with cancelling my card, filing a report and form on the charges and not being able to cash a check because they would take it and use it to partially cover the minus balance.

This sucks--it's a damned good thing I check my account online on a regular basis--I can imagine what would have been the balance if I waited until I got my statement!

Since they used it online, it also means I have to go through all my online accounts from where I buy things (Amazon, eBay, DeepdiscountDVD) and my online bills as well and change the information listed. What a fucking PITA.

1. That sucks
I got hit last year for about $700.00 it was a royal PITA.
