9. Congrats! Just remember what the poor schmucks who

awarded that money had to go through, though. :P The regs and guidance (or lack thereof) for those new grants are appalling. Schools were scrambling to make awards at the last minute because the fuckers at the Dept. of Ed never issued guidance on how to award the grants properly. I'm betting you just found out about it because of that.

I spent 20 years in student financial aid (7 as a director), and I'm glad I left in October! :yoiks:
