9. Maybe not better--since
I love quesadillas, but different--fresh salmon done on the grill, corn on the cob, Middle Eastern style beans--substituted giant limas for favas, and marinated them in lemon juice, olive oil and chopped garlic, added some vinegar since there wasn't enough lemon juice and cayenne. Then salt and pepper. And salad.

10. put roasted sweet potatoes inside. YUMMY.
I know it sounds weird but it tastes sooo good. I also got fresh organic ancho chiles red-ripe from farmers market and fresh cilantro too. Oh, and melon, figs, peaches, three kinds of plums, local apples and wood fired bread.

Yep, I live in California.

14. I love making quesadillas
So easy, so delicious, and so much better than any of the sad, sad things they serve at chain restaurants.

16. I only eat goat cheese
(goat mozza or cheddar, to be precise; not chevre)

I also make mine with ground bison. I haven't made one in a while, in fact. I think it's time! :9

17. Organic spinach and feta pizza from Costco.
I was planning on eating healthy, but I ate the whole darn thing. And I went out to the garage to see what kind of pumpkin ale I have (so I could post in the "what's your favorite beer?" thread) and now I'm drinking it.

Organic pizza and Buffalo Bill's Pumpkin Ale. Life is good.
