I click on the "Big Band Jazz" station.

"We're sorry, but this station is only available to Premium MusicMatch subscribers. Please log in or signup to listen to this station."

:wtf:

:grr:

Now I'm reduced to the "Best of Jazz" station, which is at least 50% smooth jazz. THAT IS NOT FUCKING JAZZ, YOU IMBECILES.

Give me Ellington. NOW! NOW!

:grr:

1. Try a local NPR station... my dad always has good luck with that.
It's good jazz, not that smooth crap. Or try internet radio.

Here's a picture of a saxophone to soothe your rage:

2. Thank you for that.
:D

The NPR stations around here have "jazz hours" or whatever, but I don't think there is a simple "all-jazz, all-the-time" station in the Portland, ME radio market.

Looks like I'll be gunning for internet radio...

Dang! Dang!

:(

3. I feel your pain.
Except for the one time I set my radio alarm way to loud... It was interesting getting woken up by thirty-two trombones right in my ear one morning.
