I hate waking up with a damn headache. This one settled in on

my right cheekbone and is making me miserable. I have taken my sinus pills, some tylenol and used my Neti pot. Now I am having a nice strong espresso. I hate these things

to get dressed for church today.

3. I woke up with a killer sinus headache

But I took 2 tylonol and put a cold wet washcloth over my eyes and went back to sleep & poof! When I wake up, no headache! :D

Get better though! I understand really bad headaches. I've had quite a few migranes in my young life...
