She was a person I met very briefly in the course of my job about two or three months ago, and she kissed me on the lips (I rarely let women do that, having become expert at turning my head just enough at the last minute that they place the smackeroo on my cheek, right next to my mouth). I had never felt anything quite like it before. Or since. I can honestly say that it was the best kiss I've ever had in my life, and in that I include kisses with far more meaning behind them, kisses from women I loved intensely and with whom I shared and traded passionate kisses. This was a kiss on the lips -- no further -- and I can't even describe the sensation. Ethereally soft, warmly yielding...kinda squishy, but in a very, very good way: I really can't articulate the wonder that was her simple kiss.

I also would not recognize her if she showed up again -- I certainly don't know her name (though I seem to recall she came from Wisconsin or maybe Minnesota) -- but I would know those lips anywhere, if she kissed me.
